Gracious Space is an approach to community conversations that emphasizes welcoming the stranger and listening respectfully to alternative points of view. The Center for Ethical Leadership trains facilitators in providing a "safe, supportive space where different backgrounds and ideas are valued...to work through challenging conversations." The trained facilitators are committed to moderating honest conversations for communities and organizations undergoing change or conflict.
