DESCRIPTION:The Montana State Literacy Association is conducting the conference on October 20-21, 2022, in Billings, MT.  The conference is designed to promote the improvement of reading and literacy for teachers, administrators, educators and parents.\nThe conference will include authors and professionals conducting workshops so attendees can improve their understanding about reading and literacy.  This year the authors and speakers for the conference include: Dan Santat, children’s author, Christine Day, an indigenous children’s author, Kate Roberts, literacy consultant/author, and Dr. Mary Howard, literacy consultant/author.  We will also have educators providing additional workshops pertaining to reading and literacy.\n
