Jill Baker, Executive Director
Dear Friends,
Throughout this report I’m delighted to share with you the work that Humanities Montana was able to accomplish in the past year, due to your support. From Columbia Falls to Conrad to Circle, 5,766 students were served through the Speakers in the Schools program and $168,449 was awarded in support of community-driven humanities projects, all in service of broadening meaningful conversations, encouraging lifelong learning and expanding perspectives.
In the following pages, we’ll take you on a deeper dive into some of the work your support has made happen. During times such as these, the opportunities to bring our neighbors together have never been more important or meaningful. Our partners—libraries, schoolrooms, filmmakers, museums, and other community-based organizations—work alongside us to help make Montana stronger and more engaged.
So please enjoy reading through these stories and reports. And please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or comments. We’d love to hear from you.
Warm regards,
Jill Baker
