The Montana History Foundation is holding four grant workshops in rural communities in the fall of 2021: Chinook, Jordan, Big Timber, Philipsburg, and an annual workshop in Helena. “Writing Successful Grants” workshops are delivered by MHG Heritage Projects & Grants Manager Kate McCourt and President Dr. Charlene Porslid. These workshops help to address the huge statewide need for grant writing training in Montana. The History Foundation has awarded over $1-million in grants to history-related projects in Montana since 2012.
