Please join the Lewistown Public Library and Humanities Montana presenter Jenny Bevill for a Think & Drink conversation on Banned Books at the St. James Episcopal Church.  Lewistown Public Library Director Alissa Wolenetz, Youth Librarian Brittney Uecker, and board member Jean Collins will discuss library policy with this community conversation facilitated by Jenny Bevill.  The goal of tonight’s educational forum is to hear directly from the Lewistown Public Library staff and others in order to learn about the freedom to read and the process of book selection for the Library.  Each of our panelists brings a specific role and lens to this process, and the library has a framework and procedures in place that are guided by the Lewistown Library Board of Trustees and the Montana State Library.   All are posted on the Library’s website.
