We Leave the Flowers Where They Are

We Leave The Flowers Where They Are is an anthology of memoirs that reflects the contemporary lives of forty-one Montana women. The subjects and authors are as diverse as the terrain of the Big Sky state.

A selection of the authors will read and share their stories at the Lewis & Clark Library Augusta Branch. These female writers come from a variety of backgrounds across Montana and they will individually discuss how telling the truth can save lives by eradicating shame and isolation. Readings have been described as amazingly cathartic, emotional, and transformative.
