How to Book Montana Conversations

Book Online

Your community group or nonprofit organization can book conversations individually or work with Humanities Montana staff to create a series of tailored community conversation using the facilitators and experts in our catalog.

Step 1


Contact the person you would like to book directly to see if he or she is available. Do this well in advance of the proposed date. Contact information for each person is in the catalog directory.

Step 2


Fill out the online application at least four weeks before the program date.

Step 3


Make your $75 copayment to Humanities Montana.

Step 4


Check your email for Humanities Montana award letter, usually about a week after we receive your application.

Step 5


Keep a record of the time spent planning, promoting, and hosting a Humanities Montana program. This information is required in the final report to determine the value of your cost share.
