Every year, we look at nominations from the top literary and literacy programs in the state to select the winners of the Montana Center for the Book Prize. An advisory panel of librarians, teachers, book sellers, authors, and literature lovers choose five winners to receive $1,000 and public recognition.
The prize goes to organizations that offered creative and wide-reaching literary or literacy programming. Profiles of past winners are here. The deadline to submit nominations is July 15. Organizations can self-nominate using our online form.
