One Book Montana returns!
As we begin planning the One Book Montana statewide read for 2026-27 consider forming a club at your local library! Book club kits will be in circulation for the adult title “The Way Around: A Field Guide to Going Nowhere” by Nicholas Triolo. Ask your public librarian about reserving one. Teachers and librarians will be encouraged to form book clubs within their classrooms and school libraries to read the youth title, “Galloping Away” by Robin Kolb. There will be readers guides and classroom games available on the One Book Montana webpage for everyone to access. Libraries will also be able to book the authors to speak to their clubs and everyone will be invited to a kick-off event for each title to celebrate the Great Reads from Great Places award and start reading together!
