- Author Jamie Ford Visit to the Hi-Line, Harlem Public Library, Harlem, $650. Funds will go toward the author’s travels to Harlem, Chinook, and Havre to give library presentations.
- International Language Week Conference: Global Migration and Mobility, Montana State University Billings, Billings, $260. Support for International Language Week, an international conference, held this year at MSU Billings, October 7-11, 2019.
